The pasta is lovingly handmade for us in Puglia and we are sure that you, your friends and family will love the vibrant colours, which can be seen in the photo.
The Sombreroni are designed to be used like cannelloni, to be filled and there is a lid which keeps the pasta inside the Somberoni when being cooked.
