
Sparkling wine made by natural fermentation with the Charmat method. Rosé colour with violet highlights, it has a fruity bouquet with a final hint of bread crust and a characteristic, pleasant and mildly sweet flavour, completed by a creamy foam. Ideal as an aperitif. Serve at 6-8° C.
