Pandoro differs from Panettone as it is made with more butter. It is also a denser constancy but still light and delicious. A pack of icing sugar is included which is sprinkled into the bag protecting the Pandoro. Once all the icing sugar has been emptied into the bag you hold the open end closed and shake the bag. This will cover the Pandoro with icing sugar giving decoration and flavour.
