This Borsari panettone is decedent filled with pistachio and raspberries. The panettone is then covered in white chocolate and freeze dried raspberry pieces. It has been proved very slowly to ensure that the mix is very light and fluffy. The panettone is cooled upside down to create a dome and air bubbles in the mix.
