Provencal pink in colour, this Millesimato Charmat method sparkling wine has fine and persistent bubbles. With a good structure, the nose is delicate, with floral aromas and hints of red fruit. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, with pleasant returns of fruity aromas. Perfect as an aperitif, it is an ideal pairing for light appetizers, fish dishes, and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 8/10°C.
