Our Fresh Filled Pasta is made for us in Bologna, the city in Italy most famous for filled pasta. It is made in the traditional way with 8 eggs per kg so has a lovely taste and yellow colour.
The pasta itself contains a high amount of filling, for a delicious flavour and can be enjoyed with our wonderful Pasta Sauces.
The selection contains:
Braised Beef Ravioli 250g*
Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli 250g*
Salmon Ricotta Ravioli 250g*
Cheese and Pepper Panzotti 250g*

I've had one so far - served three options (with large salad), very well filled / good sizes and delicious flavour. Cooked so quickly. Looking forward to trying the rest!

I really enjoyed the cheese and pepper filled pasta. A change from the usual ricotta and spinach. It was tasty and we'll made, not bursting whilst cooking.
