When can I expect my order to be delivered?

All of our orders are sent via courier and usually arrive within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking details by text or email once your order has been dispatched.

Our courier doesn’t normally deliver at weekends, so any orders containing chilled goods are sent out between Monday and Wednesday.

*Please note delivery times may vary slightly over bank holidays and the Christmas period.

I have a Farm Shop and would like to stock your products, do you sell to trade?

We do, and we’d love to hear from you. We supply farm shops, food halls, delis and restaurants across the UK. Simply visit the wholesale section of our website and fill out the contact form, and someone from the team will come back to you shortly.

I’m looking to order a product but it’s out of stock.

We always try to keep everything available, but occasionally some items do sell out. If there’s something you’re waiting for, please get in touch and we’ll let you know when it’s back in stock.

Can I order alcohol?

Alcohol can be purchased online, you are required to state your date of birth to ensure you are over 18. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to ensure that nobody under the age of 18 receives your order.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

We take every possible care to ensure that all the orders are packaged to avoid any damages during transport. Unfortunately there may be damages along the way. Please send us a photo of the damaged items within 48 hours of delivery and we will either refund or arrange replacements to be sent.

What does “bronze drawn” and “slow dried” mean?

When pasta is made, it’s pushed through a die to create its shape. Bronze drawn pasta is made using a bronze die, which gives it a slightly rough texture, which is perfect for holding onto sauces. Slow dried means the pasta is left to dry gently over 48–72 hours, depending on the shape. This traditional method creates a lighter, more digestible pasta compared to mass-produced versions that are dried very quickly at high heat.

Can your Cannelloni & Lasagna be cooked straightaway?

Both the Lasagna & Cannelloni need to be parboiled for approximately 5 minutes in boiling water, then taken out, cooled and then you can start preparing the dish to be finished in the oven. It is another step in your preparation but the end product is worth the extra effort!

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course. You can send an order directly to someone else (as long as they’re over 18 if alcohol is included). We’re also happy to include a note with your parcel, just get in touch with what you’d like to say and we’ll take care of it.
