They are soft and light, and they cook so well in 8 minutes! As a bonus, they smell so good as soon as you open the packet.
they aren't cheap, but what gluten free bread is, and in this case you are getting what you pay for.
I would buy these even if I wasn't needing gluten free!

I am always looking for good gluten free products. We don’t have to have gluten free but our son was diagnosed as gluten intolerant and find it easier if we can all enjoy the same dish. This pasta is amazing! The whole family thought it was delicious and all had seconds. Would definitely recommend.

Each panettone (inc. the pandoro) was really tasty. The set is a good idea for those not wanting 4 times the same thing, and try out not so traditional versions of the panettone, all in a reasonable size for 1 person. Yes, you end up wanting more but that's just because they're super moreish!

These people are masters of the art of gluten free panettone. The Classico GF is equally good and my wife who is not GF adored the Tronchetto il Bria! You could drunk just on the fumes of the Vin Santo! Eager to find if the GF pasta is as good as the panettone.

We were intending to keep this for Christmas but couldn't resist giving it a try. We're really enjoying it so there isn't going to be any left before long. We particularly like a slice of it spread with a little marmalade and with a piece of sharp cheddar cheese.
