Spaghetti with White Truffle and Porcini Sauce with Summer Truffle Slices
Serves 4 people
White Truffle and Porcini Sauce
Summer Truffle Slices
White Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook the pasta to al dente in salted boiling water. Take out some of the pasta water with a mug and keep aside.
Drain the pasta in a colander and put it back into the pan.
Add 2-3 teaspoons of the White Truffle and Porcini Sauce and stir well until it is all incorporated.
Add a splash of the cooking water and mix until the Truffle Sauce gets a creamy consistency.
Serve the pasta and put the truffle slices on top of the pasta and drizzle some of the truffle oil on top.
