Our Cannelloni is Bronze Drawn and Rigati so it has a great texture which really holds the sauce well. It is also slow dried over 48 hours to mimic the traditional way of drying pasta under the Italian sun.
The Cannelloni should be parboiled for 5 minutes before filling and covered with sauce finished in the oven.
