The Green Lasagna Sheets are Slow Dried to mimic the process used in the past under the Italian sun. The pasta is also Bronze Drawn meaning that it has a great texture which holds the sauce very well and becomes even brighter when cooked. The green is all natural with the colour coming from the spinach used when making the pasta.
Seeing as this is a high quality thick and tasty Lasagna Pasta we recommend parboiling the Lasagna for 5 minutes and then placing on a clean kitchen towel to cool before putting into a baking tray to make your Lasagna. Finish in the oven for approx. 20 minutes or until is cooked.
