A funny fact about this pasta, when the producer makes it they have to notify the people that live near them as when producing the pasta as there is an intense smell of truffle gets into everyone's house!

TRUFFLE PAPPARDELLE

Served with a mushroom,shallot and thyme sauce which enhanced the delicate flavour of the pasta, It was a real treat one I look forward trying again.
