Made from mushroom, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, olives & summer truffle. An excellent & complete condiment it can be used on any type of dish: antipasti, main courses, soup, stuffings, meat, fish, eggs, pizzas, salads etc... It can be used on its own or with other ingredients 

Ingredients: Meadow Mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), Sunflower Oil 11%, Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5%, Summer Truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vittad.), Black Olives (olives, salt, stabilizer: ferrous gluconate E579), Salt, Flavouring. It may contain traces or spores of the genus Tuber spp.
