Fabulous for salads and in cooking.
Try small tomatoes in a splash of olive oil along with this lovely shallot balsamic and a sprinkle of sea salt, cooked in the oven until soft. Absolutely delicious!
Try it also in a cold tomato salad with finely sliced red onions, again with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Wonderful!
