The most difficult part of making a pizza is getting the base right. We have done this for you, all you have to do is to be creative and add your favourite toppings. Suitable for freezing.
Ingredients: Deglutinated wheat starch, water, corn-starch, sour corn paste (water, Corn flour), extra virgin olive oil, inulin fibre (chicory), emulsifier: HPMC, dextrose, modified starch, salt, buckwheat flour, psyllium fibre, stabilizer: xanthan gum.

This is the gluten & dairy free pizza base I have been looking for!
They are soft and light, and they cook so well in 8 minutes! As a bonus, they smell so good as soon as you open the packet.
they aren't cheap, but what gluten free bread is, and in this case you are getting what you pay for.
I would buy these even if I wasn't needing gluten free!
