Grown in Puglia, Southern Italy, these artichokes are prepared in a traditional way. Locally grown herbs given an extra flavour dimension.

Ingredients: artichokes 60%, sunflower oil 32%, wine vinegar, salt, aromatic herbs, spices acidity regulator: citric acid. antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid.
