This Puglian white wine is made within the hills of the beautiful Valle d'Itria with Verdeca bianco d'Alessano grapes. It has a yellow straw colour with slight green reflections and a fine and delicate bouquet with hints of green apples and a fresh velvet taste.

Perfect to pair with antipasti, white meat or fish and served between 18-20°C.
