A great pity the box was packed so badly that the bags split and the rice ended all over the post van, our floor and in the box. 2 bags wasted so havent been able to try or taste.

As you know we apologised to you personally regarding the split bags and immediately sent you replacements, We do try our very best to insure product arrives to our customers as it leaves our office, unfortunately sometimes the couriers we use (especially around Christmas) do not handle our boxes as they should.
