Our range of Grissini and Flatbreads are made to family recipe dating back to 1945. They are still hand stretched, as they were at the very beginning.

Ingredients: Wheat flour type “00” (origin EU), 100% Italian extra-virgin olive oil (5%), natural yeast, salt, rosemary (1,2%) (origin EU and non-EU).

Contains gluten. May contain traces of milk, sesame, tree nuts and soy.

I absolutely love the Rosemary flatbread. It sometimes is broken when arrives, but that doesn’t matter start with the small pieces then TRY to save some whole pieces for later!!! I never can!!!

Thank you for your kind review. We do try to protect the Flatbread before shipment hoping that they arrive intact but as you can imagine this is not easy. You do have to break them to eat them any so it should not be a major problem.
