This Borsari panettone has fruits of the forest mascarpone making it rich and very tasty. It has been proved very slowly to ensure that the mix is very light and fluffy. The panettone is cooled upside down to create a dome and air bubbles in the mix.
A perfect combination which is hard to resist!
