Gluten Free Fusilli

Our gluten free pasta took almost 3 years to develop to get the best possible taste.

It is made just with corn flour rice flour and water, nothing else is added. Apart from the ingredients it is treated in the exact same way as our traditional pasta, being Bronze Drawn and Slow Dried. This means it doesn’t break apart or stick together like other gluten free pasta. We believe our gluten free pasta to be the best on the market and has been awarded multiple Great Taste Awards. The taste, texture and colour stand out in a class of its own.

Excellent pasta, awful delivery company

The pasta is great, but I spent the whole day tracking the DHL delivery. Having tracked the delivery driver to the delivery before mine I then got a message to say that delivery had been attempted. This was clearly a lie as I was standing at my front door! The “evidence” was a blurred photograph of nothing. I assume the delivery driver decided that he/she would rather go home than complete the deliveries. The delivery was eventually made on another day, but it's really annoying.

Best gf pasta in the world … exactly like authentic Italian pasta… why can’t everyone make gf pasta this way? No preservatives, additives great for FODMAP dietary needs too!
