Prosecco Extra Dry DOC, a fresh and elegant Italian sparkling wine with fine, lively bubbles and a delicate fruity character.
Produced in the DOC Prosecco region using the Charmat method, this sparkling wine has a pale straw-yellow colour with subtle green reflections and a light, aromatic bouquet with notes of golden apple, banana and peach.
Crisp and velvety on the palate with a pleasant roundness, it is wonderfully versatile and easy to enjoy.
Perfect as an aperitivo or paired with starters, pasta, pizza, risottos, grilled vegetables and summer salads, best served between 6–8°C.
