Our Gnocchi are made to a traditional artisan recipe. They are light fluffy a pleasure to eat. Once cooked the gnocchi can be sauteed in a frying with a little olive oil to make them slightly brown and crispy.
Ingredients: Puree of potatoes 70% [water, dehydrated potato flakes (potato, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides, fatty acids, natural aromas)], wheat flour type “00”, potato starch, rice flour, salt, spices, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservatives: potassium sorbate Allergens : GLUTEN. May contain traces of soya and mustard.
