Great pasta

I just love this pasta. Cooks well and holds it shape. The tubes just fill with sauce of your choice. I would recommend try it.

Thank you for your very kind review. Our pasta is bronze drawn (the little ridges on the pasta which hold the sauce when eating it) and slow dried (very important in the production of pasta. Our pasta is given time to dry as it did traditionally, in the sun) All of this combines to make a pasta which as you say keeps its shape but also is tastier easier to digest than mass produced pasta available in supermarkets.

Easy to cook

Easy to cook rigatoni. Keeps it's shape and fills up with any sauce it's served with. One of my favourites.
