We offer free shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, delivery is charged at £5.99 (inc. VAT).

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days. During peak periods — including the run‑up to Christmas and bank holidays — delivery may take a little longer, so please allow 5–7 working days.

Orders containing fresh products are despatched Monday to Wednesday to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been despatched, along with your tracking number.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.

Any breakages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographic evidence.

Returns can only be arranged if an incorrect product has been sent and you have not been notified in advance.
